Hudhud is a secure, fully encrypted chat application developed and owned by Daw Alfada for Information Technology, Smart Solutions, Cyber Security, and Training & Development LLC ("Daw Alfada," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use Hudhud, whether deployed on your own servers (on-premises) or hosted on a cloud environment of your choice.
By using Hudhud, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Introduction
Hudhud is designed with privacy, confidentiality, and security at its core. Our application uses end-to-end encryption to ensure that only the intended recipients can access message content. Neither Daw Alfada nor any third party can access or read your communications.

2. Scope of Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Hudhud installed on-premise within your own infrastructure
- Hudhud installed in cloud environments chosen and managed by you
- Hudhud mobile, desktop, and web applications, where applicable
3. Data Collection and Processing
Hudhud minimizes the collection of personal data to the fullest extent possible.
Message Content:
- All chat messages, files, voice notes, and media are end-to-end encrypted
- We cannot access message content under any circumstance
Metadata:
- Depending on your server configuration, limited metadata may be stored (e.g., timestamps, sender/receiver identifiers, message delivery status)
- You control how and where this metadata is stored
User Accounts:
- Hudhud may require identifiers such as usernames, phone numbers, or emails, depending on your server's configuration
- This information is not shared with Daw Alfada
Server Logs:
- System and security logs may be generated for performance and troubleshooting
- These logs remain under the full control of the entity operating the server
4. Data Ownership and Control
- All data processed through Hudhud belongs solely to the entity or user operating the server instance
- Daw Alfada does not host or control your data unless explicitly contracted to provide managed services
- You determine where your data resides: within your premises, private cloud, or a third-party hosting provider of your choice
5. Encryption and Security
- End-to-End Encryption: Every message, file, and call is encrypted on the sender's device and decrypted only on the recipient's device
- Transport Layer Security (TLS): Connections between clients and servers are protected with TLS to prevent interception
- Zero Access Architecture: Daw Alfada has no technical means to access the contents of your communication
6. Deployment Options
Hudhud can be deployed in two ways:
- On-Premises: Installed and managed directly on your own servers within your infrastructure
- Cloud-Based: Deployed on third-party cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) under your account and management
In both cases, you retain full ownership and control over your data.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- You control how long data is retained on your Hudhud server
- You may configure automatic deletion policies (e.g., auto-delete messages after 30 days)
- Daw Alfada does not store or back up your messages unless explicitly contracted
8. Third-Party Services
- Hudhud does not rely on third-party advertising or analytics providers
- If you deploy Hudhud on a cloud platform, that platform's privacy policy and data handling practices apply in addition to this policy
9. Compliance and Legal Requests
- As Daw Alfada does not host user data, we cannot provide access to your communications in response to legal or government requests
- Any request for data must be directed to the server operator (you or your entity)
10. Children's Privacy
Hudhud is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16, unless permitted by applicable law and under parental or guardian supervision.
11. User Rights
- Right to Access: You control and can access all information stored on your server
- Right to Rectification: You may update or correct your information within your server's system
- Right to Deletion: You may delete your data at any time from your instance
- Right to Portability: You may export or migrate your data from your server
12. Updates to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect technical, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates will be posted, and the effective date revised.
